Dear Parents
This week our main focus is on Puanga (the Maori New Year). As you are aware we are having our special Puanga celebration at school during the day on Wednesday and Thursday and Thursday evening from 5 pm. Remember, Hangi will be provided for tea FREE OF CHARGE! Grandparents and extended family are welcome to come and join.
If you are available to help me with the serving of Kai and tea and coffee from 5 pm please let me know.
HOME LEARNING Week 11:

This week we will have a different focus for home learning
check the blog for some videos and watch them together!
I would like the children to learn their Pepeha. Please complete the sheet “Pepeha” and return to school ASAP
RE - God Strand
We have come to the end of our learning about “God” our main focus has been that God created the world in 7 days out of nothing and that people are God’s most special creation.
Can you please complete the activities in the RE book that have “home” activity at the bottom and are highlighted.
If you can please return the R.E book and Pepeha by the end of the term that would be fantastic (earlier the better if possible)
